帕尔弗PORFU公司与新桥村工会联合会联合开展消防演习活动

为深入践行公司“安全无小事，责任重如山”的企业文化，牢固树立“生命至上”的安全理念，提升全体员工的消防安全意识和应急处置能力，帕尔弗公司于2025年6月17日（星期二）上午，协同无锡市锡山区鹅湖镇新桥村工会联合会，在公司院内空地处成功组织了一场全员参与的消防演习活动。

To thoroughly implement the company's core corporate culture of "Safety is no minor matter, responsibility weighs as much as a mountain", firmly establish the safety concept of "putting life first", and comprehensively enhance all employees' fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, Porfu successfully organized a company-wide fire drill activity on the morning of Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The event was jointly conducted with the Xin Qiao Village Trade Union Federation of Ehu Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City, in the open area within the company premises.

本次演习得到了鹅湖镇消防队、新桥村工会的大力支持与专业指导。参与人员包括帕尔弗全厂员工、公司安全管理顾问，以及新桥村工会相关人员，共同构建了政企联动、全员覆盖的演练格局。

Overview of Fire Drill

This drill received strong support and professional guidance from the Ehu Town Fire Brigade and the Xin Qiao Village Trade Union. Participants included all employees of Porfu, the company's safety management consultants, and representatives from the Xin Qiao Village Trade Union, collectively establishing a government-enterprise collaborative exercise framework with full staff coverage.

演习流程与内容

1. 理论学习，夯实基础

鹅湖镇消防队专业指战员进行了系统的消防安全知识培训。内容涵盖常用灭火器的种类、规范操作步骤、日常检查维护要点，以及火场浓烟环境下的科学逃生方法、呼吸防护技巧等关键知识，为后续实操奠定了坚实的理论基础。

Drill Process & Core Content

1. Theoretical Learning to Strengthen Foundational Knowledge

Professional instructors from the Ehu Town Fire Brigade conducted systematic fire safety training. The curriculum covered: Types of common fire extinguishers, standard operating procedures, key points for routine inspection and maintenance, scientific evacuation methods in smoke-filled environments, critical respiratory protection techniques. This session established a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent practical exercises.

2. 应急疏散，实战检验

模拟真实火情，现场“一键报警”系统启动。全体参演人员迅速反应，在安全引导员的指挥下，严格遵循“捂口鼻、低姿态”的要领，沿着预设的安全疏散路线，快速、有序地撤离至公司院内指定安全汇合点。整个过程组织高效，行动迅速，有效检验了应急预案的可行性和员工的应急反应能力。

2. Emergency Evacuation Drill: Practical Validation

A simulated fire scenario activated the on-site emergency alarm system. All participants responded swiftly, adhering to the "cover mouth/nose, low-posture" protocol under the direction of safety guides. They rapidly and orderly evacuated along pre-defined routes to the designated assembly point in the company premises. The highly organized process demonstrated efficient execution, effectively validating the emergency plan's feasibility and staff response capabilities.

3. 灭火实操，技能比拼

为强化灭火器材的实际操作能力，活动设置了灭火实操演练环节。帕尔弗队与新桥村村委队分别组队参与。在消防队员的现场监督与指导下，两队队员严格按照“提、拔、握、压”的操作规范，使用灭火器成功扑灭模拟火源。经鹅湖镇消防队专业评判，帕尔弗队凭借规范的操作和良好的团队协作获得优胜，并获颁奖励。

3. Fire Extinguisher Operation: Skills Competition

To enhance practical firefighting capabilities, the drill featured a hands-on fire extinguishing session. Teams from Porfu and the Xin Qiao Village Committee competed under the supervision of firefighters. Following the standardized "LIFT-REMOVE-HOLD-SQUEEZE" procedure, both teams successfully extinguished simulated fires using fire extinguishers. Judged by the Ehu Town Fire Brigade, Porfu's team won for exemplary technique and teamwork, receiving official commendation.

4. 总结提升，筑牢防线

演习尾声，公司安全顾问与总经理分别作总结发言，再次重申了安全生产对于企业生存发展的极端重要性，强调安全是每一位“帕尔弗家人”的首要责任。本次演习有效检验了公司消防应急预案的实用性，锻炼了应急队伍的协同作战能力，更重要的是强化了全体员工居安思危、防患于未然的意识。唯有常备不懈，持续提升安全素养，方能切实保障生命与财产安全。

4. Summary & Improvement: Fortifying Defenses

In closing remarks, the company's safety advisor and general manager reiterated that workplace safety is paramount for corporate survival, emphasizing that "every Porfu family member" bears primary responsibility. The drill validated the practicality of the fire emergency plan, honed the collaborative response capabilities of emergency teams, and crucially strengthened all employees' vigilance awareness – proactively preventing risks before they materialize. Only through unwavering preparedness and continuous safety competency enhancement can life and property protection be truly ensured.

* 熟悉环境： 时刻留意并牢记工作场所及公共场所的安全出口和疏散路线。

* 掌握技能： 牢记灭火器操作四步骤：提（灭火器）、拔（保险销）、握（喷管）、压（压把），对准火焰根部喷射。

* 科学逃生： 遇火灾浓烟，应尽量保持低姿，用湿布捂住口鼻，减少有毒烟气吸入。

* 生命至上： 火场逃生时，切勿贪恋财物，务必争分夺秒撤离至安全区域。

Key Safety Reminders

* Know Your Environment: Always identify and memorize emergency exits and evacuation routes in workplaces and public areas.

* Master Essential Skills: Remember the fire extinguisher operation sequence: LIFT (the extinguisher), REMOVE (the safety pin), HOLD (the nozzle), SQUEEZE (the lever), and aim at the base of flames.

* Evacuate Scientifically: In smoke-filled fires, stay low, cover your mouth/nose with a damp cloth, and minimize inhalation of toxic fumes.

* Life Comes First: Never attempt to retrieve belongings during evacuation. Prioritize immediate escape to safety.
